Hey everyone!
We are needing to get numbers, and have you start making payments for our reunion if you will be able to attend. Please read through all the information below, and leave a comment with your email address if you have any questions and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our Family Day activity will be immediately following the Peach Days Parade at Three Falls Elementary. You are welcome to bring your own lunches or snacks. Be prepared, your kids at least to get a little wet. Be sure to bring Sunscreen and water for your family as well. We will also provide otter pops for the kids. This will only last a couple hours at most.
For our Evening, Adult Activity. Cafe Rio will be catering our dinner. We will be having enchiladas(2 per person), rice, beans, salad, chips and salsa. (If there are any food allergies, or other issues with the dinner, PLEASE let us know asap so we can work something out for you. We don't want anyone excluded because of this. We will work something out to try and accommodate as best as possible) This will be located at Hurricane High School. Once I turn our numbers in, they will give me the exact location of where it will be at the school.
We are trying our best to keep costs down, we know that with the economy and lots of people having to travel, that things can add up, but at the same time we are trying to make this a nice evening for everyone.
The Price Per individual for the adult activity will be $13.00 if paid by Saturday, August 18th.
If paid after this date, the price will go up to $15.00 per individual.
(Pricing covers your meal and to help pay for the location of reunion)
(If you are wanting to bring your own drinks to the events, know that alcohol will NOT be permitted since we will be on school property. We appreciate your willingness to cooperate with this.)
For Dessert: We are asking all who are able, to bring some kind of dessert to share. From cookies, to brownies, cake, etc. We thought it would be fun to have a variety and make it a dessert bar. At the same time, don't feel like you can't come if you are unable to bring one.
Having said all of that, this is what I need from you. I'm currently in the process of setting up a Pay Pal account for everyone to pay through so it's more secure on all ends and so you don't have to worry about your personal information being shared with anyone, not even me other than knowing if you've paid or not. Because we are not able to have a link on this blog, we've had to do things a little differently.
What I need you to do:

with the following information:
1- Will you be attending the Family Activity, Adult Only Activity, or Both. (Please give your name)
2- If Attending the Adult Only Activity, please list how many will be coming and names. (You, you +1..)
3- We will try to accomodate as best we can, so we would like your top 2 choices of Meat for your enchilada's from these choices: Beef, Chicken, or Pork
4- If you are able to bring a dessert, and an idea of what you will be bringing. (Keep in mind, others will be bringing things as well, so you don't have to make enough to cover everyone)
Once I receive your email with how many will be attending the adult activity, I will send you an invoice and link where you can pay directly to for the reunion. *YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT.* I've set it up so you can pay with a regular credit or debit card, or pay pal account. (Again, everything is secure and no one will be able to see your personal information but you.) It is important that after you pay, that you either email me again to let me know you have paid, or list your names on the invoice so we can keep track of everyone.
I apologize, I know it's quite a few steps, but I hope this way will help to ensure the safety of everyone, and make sure we have accurate records of all.
